1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the nontar platform (available at nontar.cam), you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease accessing or using the nontar platform. Your continued use of nontar.cam following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register, access, or use any real-money feature of the nontar platform. This requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. nontar reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at nontar's discretion after completing required verification procedures.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The nontar platform is operated and licensed for use by players located in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing nontar from within the Philippines and are not prohibited from participating in online gaming activities by any applicable national, provincial, or local law. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal do so at their own risk and are not protected under this Agreement.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a nontar account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID;
• A valid and active email address;
• A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your own name;
• Your date of birth;
• Your current residential address within the Philippines.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

nontar is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or when transaction thresholds are reached. Acceptable Philippine government-issued IDs include: UMID, Driver's License, Passport, Philippine National ID (PhilSys), SSS ID, and GSIS ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by nontar may result in account suspension pending verification.

2.5 One Account Policy

Each player may maintain only one registered account on nontar. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If nontar detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended and any outstanding balances may be forfeited after investigation.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nontar account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. nontar will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your nontar account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify nontar support immediately via the live chat function available at nontar.cam. nontar will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

3.2 Account Transfers Prohibited

Your nontar account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person. Any funds within your account may not be transferred to another nontar player account. Betting on behalf of another person is also prohibited.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is deemed inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. nontar reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to dormant accounts, provided the account balance remains above ₱0. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be closed at nontar's discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nontar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions on nontar are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). nontar does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits or fees.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 minutes and 2 business hours depending on the originating bank and time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit (return-to-source policy). You must complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours on business days. nontar reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation for withdrawals that trigger AML thresholds in accordance with Philippine AMLA requirements.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

nontar is obligated to comply with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and subsequent amendments. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. nontar cooperates fully with all PAGCOR and AMLC investigations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

nontar may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback programs, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General conditions applicable to all nontar bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• nontar reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless otherwise specified;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the conditions of the specific promotion.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on nontar are final and irrevocable once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and applicable odds before confirmation. nontar will not reverse or refund bets based on player error.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, event, and account tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market at the time of wagering. nontar reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error, nontar reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player. "Manifest error" means an obvious error in odds, game results, or system values that a reasonable person would identify as incorrect. Winnings resulting from a manifest error will not be paid and the relevant bets will be voided.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, UFC, and international events — results are determined based on official governing body announcements unless otherwise stated. nontar follows standard industry settlement rules for each sport, which are available on the relevant betting page. Suspended or abandoned events will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as communicated at the time of the market's listing.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nontar platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment instruments to deposit funds;
• Registering more than one account on nontar;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, or with a dealer or operator, to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or software errors for financial gain;
• Money laundering or any activity intended to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity through the nontar platform;
• Accessing nontar on behalf of a third party for remuneration;
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your nontar account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the nontar platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of nontar.cam — is the intellectual property of nontar or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nontar platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any nontar content without prior written authorization from nontar.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

nontar collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). The collection of your personal data is necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, and responsible gaming compliance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nontar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the nontar platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activities on the platform;
• Loss of data, account access, or profits;
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions taken in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements or court orders.

nontar provides the platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and security, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses at all times.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any transaction, game result, or account action on nontar, you must first submit a written complaint to the nontar support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. nontar will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of acknowledgment.

11.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through nontar's internal process, you have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. nontar is obligated to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation and to comply with any PAGCOR ruling regarding the dispute.

11.3 Legal Proceedings

Any legal action arising from this Agreement that is not resolved through internal or PAGCOR mediation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

12. Responsible Gaming

nontar is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in the Philippines. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all registered nontar players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all nontar services for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely.

13. Amendments to These Terms

nontar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nontar will notify registered players via email to the address on file and will post the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the nontar platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. If you do not agree to a material amendment, you must cease using nontar before the effective date of the change and request account closure by contacting [email protected].

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

nontar operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory matter that is not covered expressly by this Agreement shall be governed by applicable PAGCOR regulations, Philippine gaming statutes, and any other relevant legislation of the Republic of the Philippines.
