1. Scope & Application

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected and processed by nontar ("we," "us," "our") in connection with the operation of the nontar online gaming platform available at nontar.cam, including all games, sports betting services, live casino features, bingo rooms, account management functions, and customer support interactions.

• Full legal name as appearing on a Philippine government-issued identification document;
• Date of birth and age verification information;
• Gender;
• Nationality and country of residence;
• Government-issued ID number (e.g., PhilSys, UMID, Driver's License, Passport);
• Username and encrypted account password.

3.2 Contact Data

• Registered email address;
• Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, DITO, or other PH carrier);
• Current residential address within the Philippines.

3.3 Financial & Transaction Data

• GCash mobile number and/or Maya (PayMaya) account reference;
• Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other Philippine banks) where used for deposits or withdrawals;
• Deposit and withdrawal transaction records, including amounts, dates, and payment method references;
• Bonus and promotional transaction records;
• Account balance history.

3.4 Gaming & Betting Activity Data

• Game session records including games played, stakes placed, and results;
• Sports betting history including markets selected, odds accepted, and settlement outcomes;
• Responsible gaming limit settings and any self-exclusion or cooling-off activations.

3.5 Technical & Device Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation derived from IP;
• Device type, operating system, and browser information;
• Session login timestamps and duration;

3.6 Communications Data

• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160), the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), and other applicable Philippine laws;
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your data subject rights;
• Consent: Processing for optional purposes — such as receiving promotional communications — where we have obtained your explicit, informed, and freely given consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

nontar shares personal data only where there is a lawful basis or operational necessity to do so. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. The categories of third parties to whom nontar may disclose your data include:

7.1 Regulatory & Government Authorities

nontar is required to share player data with PAGCOR as part of our licensing obligations, and with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where transactions trigger AMLA reporting thresholds. We may also disclose data in response to lawful orders from Philippine courts or law enforcement authorities.

7.2 Payment Service Providers

Transaction data is shared with payment processors — including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and Philippine banking partners — solely for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals. These providers act as independent data controllers for their own payment processing functions and are governed by their own privacy policies.

7.3 KYC & Identity Verification Providers

nontar may share identity documents and data with PAGCOR-accredited KYC service providers for the purpose of age and identity verification. These providers process data under contractual obligations that require them to maintain confidentiality and comply with Philippine data protection law.

7.4 Technology & Platform Service Providers

Certain technical functions — including cloud hosting, security monitoring, game delivery, and customer support tools — are provided by third-party service providers. These providers process data on nontar's behalf and are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit use of data for any purpose other than the contracted service.

7.5 Game Content Providers

Where required for game delivery and RNG certification purposes, limited gaming session data may be shared with nontar's licensed game content providers. No personally identifiable information beyond pseudonymous session identifiers is shared with game providers for this purpose.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

• Technical and device data: Retained for 12 months from collection, unless required for an active fraud or security investigation.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, nontar will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with NPC-approved data disposal procedures.

10. Data Security

nontar implements technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our security program includes:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and nontar.cam;
• Encrypted storage of passwords using industry-standard hashing algorithms — nontar staff cannot retrieve your plaintext password;
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all registered players as an additional access control layer;
• Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments by independent security specialists;
• Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis;
• Incident response procedures aligned with NPC notification requirements in the event of a personal data breach.

11. Your Data Subject Rights

nontar will respond to data subject rights requests within 15 business days of receipt. Where a request cannot be completed within this period — for example, where AMLA or PAGCOR obligations require extended retention — nontar will explain the reason for the limitation in writing.

12. Children & Minors

The nontar platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. nontar does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If nontar becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all personal data will be deleted or anonymized, and any deposits will be processed for return through the original payment method after completion of standard verification procedures. Parents or guardians who believe their child has accessed nontar should contact [email protected] immediately.

13. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Certain service providers used by nontar — including cloud infrastructure, game content providers, and security services — may process personal data outside the Republic of the Philippines. nontar does not transfer personal data internationally for any purpose beyond those described in this Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to This Privacy Policy

nontar reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time in response to changes in Philippine law, NPC regulations, PAGCOR requirements, or our platform's data processing practices. When material amendments are made, nontar will notify registered players via email to their registered address and will post the updated Policy on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the nontar platform after the effective date of an amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a material amendment, you should cease using nontar and request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the change.
